As we deal in digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Products

All digital products, including but not limited to domain leads, data lists, and downloadable content, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned or revoked after purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• If the purchased digital product was not delivered successfully.
• If the product received is completely different from what was described at the time of purchase.
• In case of duplicate charges due to a technical issue, refunds may be processed upon verification.
